With reference to speculations appearing on French media, Arnoldo Mondadori Editore S.p.A. denies currently undergoing talks concerning the possible disposal of Mondadori France SAS, other than those with Reworld Media, as announced by Reworld Media on 5 September 2018.

Developments will be disclosed pursuant to applicable laws and regulations.
