We participate in and support associations and working groups involved in disseminating a sustainability culture.

Since 2005 we have been part of Sodalitas, the biggest regionally-based association in the Confindustria system (promoted by Assolombarda in 1995), which aims to combine the efforts of companies and managers in building a more sustainable future.

At 31 December 2014, Sodalitas’ membership comprised over 100 companies, which undertake corporate sustainability initiatives with the Foundation, and managers who work as volunteers, donating their time and skills.

The businesses involved with the Sodalitas Foundation are leading Italian companies in terms of sustainable commitment.

Since 2002, it has promoted the Sodalitas Social Award, designed to recognise the specific commitment of businesses, business associations, clusters and organisations through sustainability projects: in 2012 we were finalists in the 10th edition of the prize with the project “Donne e lavoro” (Women and Work).

The Sodalitas Foundation represents CSR Europe in Italy, a network committed to implementing the European Union’s Agenda on the issue of sustainability.

In 2011 we also joined the CSR Manager Network: established in 2006 through an initiative launched by a group of university researchers in the face of increasingly significant social and environmental issues, the network groups together managers and professionals from companies from all industries and of all sizes who devote themselves, both full time and part time, to CSR issues. The network organises workshops focused on sustainability issues, open to the public or reserved for members, and also carries out research on topics of interest to its members.

Since 2016 we have been ordinary members of Valore D, which promotes gender equality and the presence and growth of female talent within companies, professional organisations, bodies and institutions.

Lastly, we directly promote initiatives and associations related to sustainability issues by means of individual activities.
