Non-executive, independent director
Angelo Renoldi was born in Busto Arsizio (VA) in 1949. He graduated from Bocconi University with a degree in Business Administration and is a chartered accountant and auditor.
Renoldi is ordinary professor of economics and corporate management at the University of Bergamo since 1995, institution where he also held the role of Deputy Rector (from 1999 to 2009) and Director of the SDM School of Management (from 2004 to 2008).
Author of numerous monographs on the issue of management and corporate valuation, he has published articles, contributions and analyses in specialised magazines and collections of studies.
He provides advisory services in the field of corporate transactions and in the valuation of companies and intangible assets and has been technical advisor on behalf of Italian and foreign companies for cases involving dumping and unfair competition.
Member of the Board of Directors of Arnoldo Mondadori Editore S.p.A. since November 2010.
Renoldi is chairman of the Board of Directors of Mediolanum Vita S.p.A. and Mediolanum Assicurazioni S.p.A.
