Through the internship programme, we offer young graduates or students the opportunity to gain concrete work experience and to put their skills to the test.

Internships have a standard duration of six months and envisage a monthly expense reimbursement. Each intern is flanked by a company tutor who provides assistance during the training programme agreed upon with the university in question.

For an internship with us, the candidate must complete a selection process that is similar for both interns as well as permanent placements. Although an internship is not a mandatory step, it is a preferential launch pad for a career in the Group.
In fact, an internship at Mondadori is an excellent opportunity for training and growth. Selected candidates are immediate involved and assigned direct handing of operational projects, under the supervision of a tutor that provides them will all of the information necessary to complete their tasks.

In addition to a monthly expense reimbursement, interns receive the following benefits:

Training

Professional training in the internship takes place through completion of the educational background, with practical analysis and in-field work monitored by the company tutor.

The learning-by-doing process is enhanced with participation in internal meetings and by constant dialogue with colleagues and heads of our Human Resources department.
