Management
The activities of the Mondadori Group are currently organised in six business areas; Books, Magazines, Advertising, Printing, Direct and Radio, all of which have their own general manger. In addition to the business areas, the organisation of the Group is based on three central staffs: Finance, Administration and Control; Personnel, Organisation and Information Systems; External Relations and Communications.
