Bruno Ermolli
Born in Varese on 6th March 1939, Bruno Ermolli, Cavaliere del Lavoro, is one of Italy's best-known business consultants and is the founder, in 1970 of Sin&rgetica, the leading consulting firm of which he remains the president.
He has assisted the Fininvest Group and its companies for many years in the areas of strategy, organisational development, advisory boards and management.
Among other positions, Bruno Ermolli is currently: President of Sin&rgetica Srl; President of Promos - a special agency of the CCIAA in Milan; a member of the executive board and council of the CCIAA in Milan; Vice President of the Fondazione Teatro alla Scala; President of the Comitato Nazionale per le Celebrazioni Pucciniane; a Senior Advisor at JP Morgan; a member of the Advisory Board of Confcommercio and the Milan City Council; a member of the board of Censis; and a non-executive director of: Fondazione Cariplo, Politecnico di Milano, Università Luigi Bocconi, Istituto per gli Studi di Politica Internazionale; Fininvest SpA, Mediaset SpA, Arnoldo Mondadori Editore, Spa, Mondadori France S.A., Mediolanum, Fondazione Pier Lombardo and Teatro Franco Parenti.
