We respect all local, national and international regulations of the countries in which we operate, adhering to four fundamental documents:

Universal declaration of human rights

Respecting the inviolable rights of human beings is essential. Consequently, the Group promotes and defends these rights in all circumstances and rejects any discrimination based on gender, ethnicity, language, religious or political creed and social and personal conditions.

UN Convention on the Rights of the Child

The United Nations Convention on the rights of the child sets out the obligations of countries and of the international community with respect to children, and defines and develops the international laws on the protection of children.

Principles of the International Labour Organisation

The International Labour Organisation defines the international minimum standard labour conditions and fundamental rights of workers, including: freedom of association, right to organise, collective bargaining, abolition of penal labour, equal opportunities and treatment and other standards governing the entire realm of labour rights.

OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises

The OECD Guidelines, to which 44 governments adhere, representing all of the regions of the world and 85% of direct foreign investments – are recommendations for the responsible conduct of companies, wherever they operate.
