Reconciling history and innovation, traditional values and a capacity for vision: this is what being a sustainable media company means for us.

During the course of our history of over one hundred years, we have attempted to offer the public as many opportunities as possible for reading and growth, entertainment and enrichment, and to become an inclusive, welcoming and informal space, embracing different approaches and points of view without discrimination or prejudice.

We are also convinced that our capacity to involve stakeholders depends on the very fact of our being creators of content: the strong relationship with our authors and readers, employees and collaborators, shareholders, suppliers, and with civil society in general, has helped us to progress and evolve throughout all of these years.

It is a privilege but also a responsibility: we feel it is our duty to ensure that our awareness and attention to the environment and the communities with which we interact grow in harmony with the company’s development and economic solidity.
