Angelo Renoldi was born in Busto Arsizio (Varese) in 1949. He has a degree in business administration from the Bocconi University and is a chartered accountant and auditor.
Renoldi has been professor of economics and business management at the University of Bergamo since 1995, the university where he was also vice dean (from 1999 to 2009) and director of the SDM School of Management (from 2004 to 2008).
The author of numerous monographs on the subject of management and corporate evaluations, he has also published articles and been a contributor to specialised reviews and collections of studies.
Renoldi has been a statutory auditor and director of a number of different groups. He serves as a consultant in the field of corporate operations and evaluations of companies and intangible assets and has been a technical consultant for both Italian and international companies for cases involving dumping and unfair competition.
